Great 10 month contract for a Facilities Manager to look after multiple properties.
You will be responsible for the financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownership. You will oversee other property functions, such as maintenance, asset management, human resources, or marketing.
Experience and skills needed;
- Extensive experience in managing facilities for multiple properties.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Formal qualifications in this area would be beneficial.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
