We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator – Airlines to join our team in Waterloo, Sydney. This hands-on role is equally client-facing and operational, supporting our airline accounts and ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards.
This position is designed as a development pathway - the successful candidate will be supported and mentored with the expectation to grow into a Client Services Manager role within 12–18 months.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Support the Head of Airlines & Offshore in coordinating end-to-end service delivery for airline accounts.
Act as a first point of escalation for airline account representatives and their TMCs, resolving queries and service issues.
Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing insights and operational support.
Help analyse operational data to identify trends and contribute to solutions that improve availability and reduce offloads.
Assist in preparing and delivering Quarterly Business Reviews with airline clients.
Support service launches, new port rollouts, and client-specific projects.
Work closely with our Concierge and Service Delivery teams to resolve on-ground challenges and deliver a seamless client experience.
Conduct service audits and ensure compliance with airline and university standards.
What We’re Looking For
Background in transport, airline, travel services, or a related sector.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and operational coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability, initiative, and a passion for client service.
A desire and potential to step up into a management role within 12–18 months.
