As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day operations, staff performance, customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate front of house staff to deliver exceptional service

Oversee floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient shift

Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Manage staff rosters and payroll

Handle customer feedback with respect, professionalism and care

Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain service standards

Drive sales, control costs, and ensure overall profitability

Requirements:

Proven experience within a supervisory or management role in hospitality (2 years + preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive within fast paced environment

Comprehension of industry statutory regulations

Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
