This isn’t just coordination — you’ll be the right hand to the Directors, keeping projects and the business running seamlessly.

What you’ll do:

• Support Directors with scheduling, meetings & day-to-day operations
• Assist with contracts administration, documentation & reporting
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets & milestones
• Liaise with consultants & contractors to keep delivery on track

What we’re looking for:

• Background in project coordination, contracts admin, or EA support (construction/property highly regarded)
• Strong organisational & communication skills — nothing slips past you
• Ability to juggle priorities across both executive support & project delivery
