Ideally we seek applications from natural people managers and a clear communicators who inspire a team to action! Your role will include developing, mentoring and building your team to be experts in the industry and you will be able to lead a team to achieve store budgets as well as structured KPI's. You will be trained and mentored by one of the most talented Regional Managers around, and have opportunity for progression based on your performance.

• Previous core Retail Management experience ESSENTIAL
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to support and drive a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's
