CLUSTER MANAGER - LAUNCESTON

If you're a high-energy individual with a flair for trendsetting, a knack for driving sales and a passion for effecting reports, then this is the role for you!

In this Launceston-based role, you'll be the driving force behind these stores successes, overseeing training and development of 5+ stores, delivering feedback to HO and the National Manager regarding inventory and sales planning, and setting new benchmarks and expectations across Tasmania!

Your mission? To ignite excitement, elevate a culture of success, and ensure that your stores are buzzing with energy, excitement and most of all: RESULTS!

Think you've got what it takes to rock this role? Here's what we're looking for:

• High energy and passion for bricks and mortar stores
• Experience in multi-site fashion store management ESSENTIAL
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for driving results
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Incredible understanding of managing numbers / results / retail logistics
• Passion for team development and succession planning
