As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our success. You’ll lead with passion, motivate a talented team, and ensure every customer walks away with an exceptional experience that keeps them coming back.

What you’ll need:

Proven experience in supermarket retail management, with a strong focus on customer experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

A track record of successfully driving sales and implementing strategies to improve store performance.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ability to motivate and develop your team, ensuring high standards across all areas of the store.

Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, rosters, and financial performance.

Availability to work a flexible roster across our trading hours, including alternate weekends and some holidays.

Physical fitness to meet the demands of a hands-on retail role.

What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve excellence in service and performance.

Drive sales growth and ensure operational efficiency while managing stock levels, minimising waste, and maximising profitability.

Build and maintain a culture of excellence, teamwork, and employee engagement.

Provide hands-on training and development to empower your team members.

Ensure compliance with WH&S, Food Safety, and other operational standards.

Manage budgets, financial targets, and KPIs to optimise store performance.

Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.

Create an environment where your team feels valued, inspired, and excited to come to work.
