How you’ll make a difference
Are you a responsive and agile professional, who is adept working in a dynamic people-focused environment? We’re seeking a confident and energetic Executive Assistant to support our Director of Performance and Transformation and provide dedicated support to our Councillor group.
Our ideal candidate
You’ll be the go-to person for Councillor coordination, directorate-wide support, and support for the Director Performance and Transformation.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is calm, friendly, and diplomatic in managing multiple personalities and priorities.
- Delivers exceptional service to internal teams and elected officials.
- Uses technology to organise, plan, and streamline workflows.
- Works independently with resilience and adaptability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the intersection of transformation, governance, and community leadership—supporting both strategic direction and civic engagement.

- Flexible working arrangements with this part-time position able to spread the hours across either four or five days of the week to support the candidate.
- This role will have specific days where in-person attendance is required to support the Councillor agenda and will have the ability to work up to 50% from home.
