The position of Business Development & Support Co-ordinator will support The Summit’s next phase of growth and plays a key role in supporting the Senior Management team. It has a strong focus on revenue generation, onboarding additional schools, and freeing up the Senior Management team to develop strategic direction.
The Co-ordinator is responsible for meeting performance targets, generating and converting leads, and ensuring efficient task execution. The Co-ordinator also manages the new business pipeline and provides high-level executive support to the Senior Management team.
Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities
1. New Business Support
Manage the sales pipeline: logging leads, following up, and preparing pre-sales material
Track conversion metrics and report on lead-to-booking performance
Support outbound sales activity through research and outreach
2. Pricing & Proposal Coordination
Liaise with department heads to gather accurate costing for operational requirements
. Executive & Project Support
Support the CEO and senior team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications
Prepare basic reports, and meeting notes as required
Coordinate small-scale strategic projects and ensure follow-up actions are completed
4. CRM & Documentation Management
Keep customer and sales information up to date in CRM
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales support and track leads to help meet new business targets
Assist with pricing reviews and commercial proposals to support margin and speed
Provide executive-level admin and project support (reporting, planning, communications)
Support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and execution
This role demands a highly capable individual with significant experience in the administrative & sales industries, including a deep understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be confident in managing complex tasks and be highly skilled at using administrative systems and reporting processes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will provide high-level support, detailed recommendations and improve efficiencies.
Hours and Remuneration
Hours are flexible and to be confirmed with the successful applicant.
Pay rate: 22 hours at $40 per hour.
