We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support various roles across hospitality, administration, and general operations as required by the business owner. This is a unique opportunity for a Candidate seeking diverse work experience in a professional and fast-paced environment in Ballarat. You would also be responsible to manage our social media handles and create and publish content on a weekly basis.

What We’re Looking For

A highly adaptable and proactive individual with a “can-do” attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Prior experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).

A willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and email correspondence.

Assist in hospitality-related duties, such as event setup, guest coordination, and customer service.

Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the business owner, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Support basic bookkeeping, document preparation, and office management.

Assist with social media updates, content creation, and basic marketing tasks if needed.

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Be willing to drive
