Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and personnel.

· Compile reports from field data using Microsoft office tools.

· Data entry in Client platforms - Novus

· Preparation of quotes for Clients.

· Invoicing - Xero

· Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

· Ensure all HSEQ systems is up to date and available for clients.

· Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

· Organize personnel ad hoc site mobilizations, including coordinating flights and accommodation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

· Excellent book keeping skill's using Xero and Novus

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work independently.

· Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.

. A technical background or understand of Underground Locating (Dial Before Your Dig).
