MOR. Healthcare is seeking an energetic and people-focused Talent Experience Coordinator for one of our valued clients in the community care and disability services sector.
This role is perfect for an office superstar who thrives on variety - part administration whiz, part HR support, and part office manager. You’ll be the face of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while also helping to create a positive and engaging workplace for the team.
About the Role
As the Talent Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the trusted go-to person, keeping the office running and supporting the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing front-of-house operations – welcoming staff, visitors, and handling enquiries
General office administration and coordination
Supporting HR functions such as rostering, onboarding, and compliance documentation
Assisting with interviews, staff training, and (with guidance from Employsure) disciplinary meetings where required
Driving staff engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and events
Acting as a trusted point of contact for staff outside of management
Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a people-focused all-rounder who is highly organised, proactive, and approachable. You’ll need to be:
An admin gun who thrives in a busy office environment
Confident with rostering and HR administration
Personable, approachable, and a strong communicator
Trusted and reliable — someone staff feel comfortable coming to
Adaptable and happy to juggle multiple tasks across administration, HR, and staff support
Tech-savvy with modern office systems
Formal HR experience isn’t required, you’ll be supported by Employsure in handling processes such as disciplinary meetings. What’s most important is your ability to create a great staff experience and keep the office humming.
What’s on Offer
$70,000 per annum + superannuation
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:45am–5:15pm)
A varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same
The opportunity to play a key part in supporting a dedicated community care organisation
Apply now to become the trusted Talent Experience Coordinator and help drive both the success of the office and the experience of its people.
