Fletcher’s TransRefrigeration is seeking experienced mechanics and trade assistants to join our team as Transport Refrigeration Installation Technicians.

In this role, you will be installing new refrigeration units across a wide range of makes and models, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems. You will ensure all units are fitted correctly, tested, and operating efficiently.

This is a full-time position offering:

Key Responsibilities

Install Mitsubishi Heavy Industries refrigeration units on Woolworths Online trucks

Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections to maintain fleet reliability

Keep accurate records of all work performed

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

Qualified tradespeople or trade assistants in automotive, auto-electrical, or mechanical fields

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong customer service and communication skills

A valid driver’s licence
