About the Project:
We’re seeking reliable, safety-focused Trade Assistants to support trades on a clean, modern construction site near Wellington You’ll play an important hands-on role assisting with tasks.

• Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Sat & Sun
• Clean, modern project with strong safety and quality culture

What’s on Offer:

• Location: Dubbo Region, NSW
• Roster: 11 days on / 3 days off
• Duration: Until Christmas 2025 (with possible extension)
• Rate: $48.82 p/h + Penalties + LAHA for non-locals
• Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Sat & Sun
• Clean, modern project with strong safety and quality culture

Your Role Will Include:

• Cable support and basic electrical/mechanical installation
• Assisting with point-to-point testing and QA
• General labouring, spotting and material handling
• Working around Megapack BESS infrastructure
• Assisting tradespeople (electricians, fitters, boilermakers, etc.) with tools, materials, and tasks
• Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Manual handling and movement of construction materials

What You’ll Bring:

• White Card
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Experience assisting trades in construction or energy projects
• Strong safety focus and ability to follow instruction
• Physically fit and ready to work in a fast-paced team
• EWP/Forklift/Telehandler tickets – desirable but not essential
