Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns and rollouts
• Managing social media channels for both project and company pages
• Coordinating client video testimonials and display suite content
• Writing blogs, project updates, and market commentary
• Managing property portals and buyer communications via Salesforce
• Creating marketing collateral for Sales Agents and supporting PR initiatives
• Assisting at project launches and events, and maintaining display suite presentation
• Monitoring stock availability, updating price lists, and producing campaign reports
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc marketing tasks

What you’ll bring:

• Strong writing skills across blogs, PR, social media, and email marketing
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
• A collaborative nature and genuine interest in lifestyle, people, and property
• Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Suite, and WordPress will be highly regarded
