About the Role
Perina Group is a leading commercial plumbing provider, servicing Perth’s most established and high-profile corporate clients. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to support our Scheduling Manager in a pivotal coordination role. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling inbox, handling incoming calls, and ensuring that all communications and bookings are actioned with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
What We Offer
$75,000 – $80,000 + Super, based on experience
Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Scheduling Manager
Convenient Osborne Park location with dedicated car bay
Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling & Communication
Respond to all emails in the scheduling inbox within the same business day
Maintain consistent, professional communication with technicians, clients, and internal teams
Update scheduling systems in real time as new information is received
Inbound Call Handling
Act as the first point of contact for all scheduling-related phone enquiries
Address and resolve queries promptly or escalate appropriately
Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Coordination & Support
Assist in scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly plumbing works
Manage and adjust bookings efficiently, ensuring technicians are accurately briefed
Liaise closely with field staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Process & Workflow Management
Use scheduling software and AI tools to enhance efficiency and job flow
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays and resolve them ahead of time
Support timely invoicing by ensuring job completion data is accurate and up to date
What You Bring
Proven experience in scheduling, administration, or coordination, ideally within the construction or trade services sector
Excellent communication skills—confident across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Proficient in scheduling systems and comfortable with new technologies
Solution-oriented mindset with a calm, professional approach
Strong sense of ownership and accountability—you follow through and deliver
