About this position
We're seeking a proactive and reliable team member to support our Supervisor Centre Operations in delivering top-tier aquatic services.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting with the smooth operation of aquatic programmes
Opening and closing the Centre with professionalism and care
Maintaining operational procedures, including plant and equipment management
Ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors

What we are looking for
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in pool operations
Experience delivering programs and services in an aquatic/leisure facility
Strong customer service and communication skills
Availability to work weekends, early morning or evening shifts as per roster
Essential requirements
Current Police Clearance (less than three months old)
Current Working with Children Check
Pool Operator qualification
Pool Lifeguard qualification
Senior First Aid certificate
BA (Breathing Apparatus) qualification
LIWA Member Accreditation
