This role sits within our Aspire Support Services division and is dedicated to positioning Aspire in the community as a leading NDIS provider.

The Role:

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about community impact and service growth? Aspire Support Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive customer pipeline conversion, increase NDIS service utilisation, and support the delivery of our growth plan.

In this role, you’ll lead initiatives to expand Aspire’s reach, build strong partnerships, and identify future service opportunities. You’ll represent Aspire in the community, collaborate with internal teams, and help position us as a leading NDIS provider.

This is a full time role based in Albury. Local travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Drive service utilisation and identify opportunities for new offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with stakeholders, partners, and the broader community.
  • Online Promotion: Lead targeted digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Aspire at events and forums with professionalism and purpose.
  • Networking Events: Design and deliver impactful place-based networking opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with The Personnel Group’s teams to ensure brand consistency and financial accountability.
  • Lead Conversion: Manage and optimise the customer pipeline to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, ideally within the disability or community services sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Community Services, or a related field. ( desired, but not essential)
  • Strong strategic and operational acumen with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Deep understanding of NDIS funding models and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior leaders.
  • Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across our service footprint.
  • Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.
