The Role

Join a preeminent team practising across broad transport, insurance and personal injury fields including aviation claims, marine accident claims, cargo and property damage claims, public liability, product liability, workplace injuries, contribution and recovery proceedings, and the provision of advice with respect to a variety of aviation, marine, and insurance related issues.

The team represents domestic and international airlines and their insurers, shipping companies, marine insurers, and a variety of other transport related businesses.

They are seeking candidates with experience in one of transport law, insurance litigation (personal injury or property) or other civil litigation and a desire to focus their career on transport law and associated disputes.
