Thanks to rapid growth, they’re now looking to appoint an experienced Wills & Estates Lawyer or Associate level to join their growing Wills and Estates practice group.

You’ll be stepping into a newly created role with plenty of autonomy, trusted to run client meetings, manage complex estate planning work, and contribute to the continued evolution of the practice. The work is interesting and varied, with clients ranging from private individuals to corporate leaders and ultra-high-net-worth families.

Enjoy the full spectrum of estate matters from wills, trusts, and succession planning to grants of probate, estate administration, and even scope to grow your own litigation practice in Part IV claims, should you wish.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Drafting complex wills, testamentary & discretionary trusts
• Advising on asset protection & super succession
• Running probate, letters of administration & estate admin
• Managing estate asset transfers and property sales
• Conducting client meetings independently and confidently
