The Opportunity:

This isn't just another accounts job. We are looking for a talented Finance & Administration Specialist to join us on a clear succession path. Our highly valued Administration Manager is planning for retirement in 2026, and we are investing in finding the right person to learn the ropes, grow with the business, and eventually step into her shoes.

Your journey will start by mastering our core financial and administrative functions. But you won't just be maintaining the status quo. We want you to challenge our processes, drive improvements, and take on increasing responsibility in areas like our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and strategic financial projects.

What You'll Do:

Initially: Manage the full spectrum of accounts (AP, AR, reconciliations), handle core office administration, and become an expert in our NetSuite system.

As You Grow: Take ownership of improving our financial processes, manage key components of our quality system, and become a key partner to the General Manager on projects that shape our future.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in a hands-on accounting and administration role.

A proactive, "how can we do this better?" attitude.

Meticulous attention to detail and a high standard for your work.

Strong skills in Excel and experience with an ERP system (NetSuite is a huge plus).

A genuine desire for a long-term role with significant career development.

Experience in a regulated (TGA/ISO 9001) or distribution business will be highly regarded.
