What you’ll do

1. Formulate sales strategies for residential and commercial projects in line with annual business objectives;

2. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize processes to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

3. Lead market research to identify target customer segments and key opportunities;

4. Plan and execute engagement activities with government bodies, industry associations, media outlets, and community groups;

5. Develop and implement crisis-management protocols to protect brand reputation during delays, quality issues, or other unforeseen challenges.

6. Recruit, train, and manage the sales and marketing team; set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews;

7. Prepare and oversee the sales and marketing budget, tracking all expenditures;

8. Evaluate the ROI of marketing channels and activities, and reallocate resources as needed.

9. Regularly gather and analyze data on Melbourne’s property market and major competitors’ offerings, pricing, and promotions;

10. Provide strategic recommendations to respond quickly to changes in policy, interest rates, land costs, and other external factors.

Skills Required

· Minimum 10 years’ sales/marketing management experience in the construction or real estate industry, with a proven track record;

·Deep understand the operation of the real estate industry, with rich customer resources;

·Strong leadership, negotiation, and project-execution skills;

·Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
