A large federal government agency is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM/Payroll Functional Specialist to join its ERP Systems team. This role will support both business-as-usual (BAU) operations and contribute to major ERP transformation projects.

You'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising SAP HR and Payroll modules, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and seamless integration with other HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HR/HCM/Payroll modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects
• Collaborate with business teams to define and model HR processes
• Provide advice on system solutions and raise SAP notes/messages as needed
• Participate in testing of HR, LMS, Payroll, and performance modules
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation
