The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts, Functional Designers, and Technical Writers to join a major ICT transformation and sustainment program. This team is focused on functional design, requirements analysis, documentation, and business process alignment across SAP environments.

Roles Available

• Lead Business Analyst / Functional Designer (SFIA 6)
  Lead functional analysis activities, capturing and validating requirements, producing design specifications, and modelling business processes. Strong SAP functional knowledge across multiple modules essential.
• Technical SAP Lead / BA / Functional Designer (SFIA 6)
  Act as the technical lead across SAP functional design, providing integration input, documentation, and alignment of technical/functional requirements.
• Technical Writer / Business Analyst (SFIA 5)
  Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, user guides, and training material to support system enhancements. A strong BA background with excellent writing skills is required.
• Business Analyst / Functional Designer – Environmental, Safety, GEO (SFIA 5)
  Specialise in SAP modules supporting environmental, health, safety, and geospatial processes. Deliver functional designs, workflows, and enhancements.
• Business Analyst / Functional Designer – SAP Modules (x3, SFIA 5)
  Contribute to analysis and functional design across SAP modules, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and documented to support system enhancements.

To be successful, you will need

• Demonstrated SAP functional design or business analysis expertise.
• Experience in large-scale ICT environments (Defence experience highly desirable).
• Strong documentation, process modelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Australian citizenship with a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
