🔧 About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer – B2C Specialist, you will:

Design, develop, and implement secure identity and infrastructure solutions.

Lead Azure AD B2C integration and customisation, including user flows and policies.

Provide deep systems expertise across Azure infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and platform stability.

Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues.

Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned to program timelines.

🛠️ Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Expertise in Azure AD B2C – Including custom policies, user journeys, and tenant management.

Strong knowledge of Azure services – App Services, API Management, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Authentication, authorisation, entitlements.

Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control.

Experience designing reusable IAM frameworks and enterprise-scale components.

Excellent communication skills – Able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

✅ Highly Desirable

Azure and/or cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Security Engineer).

Understanding of ITIL, TOGAF, or Commonwealth ICT frameworks.
