About the Role
This role involves managing, configuring, and maintaining SAP HR and Payroll modules. You will ensure accurate data and smooth payroll operations while troubleshooting system issues and supporting continuous improvements. The position combines day-to-day support with contributions to various projects, driving efficiency and innovation in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain SAP HR/HCM and Payroll modules
• Test HR, Performance, LMS, Payroll, and related capability modules; investigate and resolve defects
• Analyse business requirements and provide advice on potential system solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP processes, solutions, and functionality
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop and optimise SAP solutions
• Perform knowledge transfer to permanent staff and participate in skills-sharing activities

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated functional/configuration experience in SAP HR/HCM/Payroll modules
• Strong analytical, configuration, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with SuccessFactors highly desirable
• Ability to model business processes and define requirements clearly
• Proven capability to improve SAP solutions and implement process enhancements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
