We are looking for a versatile content partner to help film, edit, and shape content across a large (+3m subscriber base) Instagram and YouTube in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities
Assist on site with pre-production, concept & filming content for social media
Edit and deliver high-quality long-form YouTube videos every 1–2 weeks, and between 5-10 short form pieces for Social Media adapting as the upload cadence evolves.
Contribute creative input for video titles and thumbnail concepts as needed.
Report progress regularly and align priorities to maintain seamless workflows.
Keep project files and asset management well-organized and up-to-date.
Share editing resources (e.g., motion graphics templates, intros) with other team members.
Identify potential challenges early and communicate solutions effectively.
Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to stay ahead of industry standards.
Collaborate with short-form editors to create engaging promo clips from long-form edits.
Analyze video retention data and conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.
Offer constructive revision feedback to team members on their edits when needed.
Requirements
Deep knowledge of the YouTube & Instagram ecosystem, including storytelling, pacing, and strategy.
Versatility in editing various video formats (e.g., talking head, whiteboard, run-and-gun styles).
Strong background in motion graphics, sound design, and leveling.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially for project timelines.
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Results
Deliver one long-form video edit every 1-2 weeks while maintaining high-quality standards.
Sustain a two-week buffer of edited YouTube & Instagram content on the publication schedule
Drive a steady increase in 30-day view velocity metrics, targeting 50K+ views per video.
Track key performance indicators (e.g., views, retention charts, CPM) and review them for optimization.
Elevate team capabilities in key video production areas such as intros, planning, and retention analysis.
