We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our Estimating division, working across exciting commercial construction projects within the Windows, Glass, and/or the Aluminium sector.

About the Role

• Permanent, full-time position based in Wangara
• Manage and oversee the Estimating division of the business
• Prepare accurate and competitive tenders and cost estimates for commercial projects
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and quotations
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to build strong working relationships
• Support and mentor junior estimators within the team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong experience as an Estimator within the Windows, Glass or Aluminium industry (commercial construction experience highly regarded)
• Proven ability to lead an Estimating function or division
• Solid knowledge of estimating principles and construction methodologies
• Competency with estimating software (reasonable knowledge expected; industry-specific systems an advantage)
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
