The Role
We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of duties vital to the efficient operations of our service.
This is an exciting permanent part time opportunity working 20 hours per week across 3 days.
Hours of work: Monday & Wednesday - 9am - 3:30pm, Friday 9am - 5:30pm (These times include a half an hour unpaid lunch break).
In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families!

- Excellent customer service skills
- A collaborative team approach
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
- Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
