Jacinda – The Operations Coordinator, the glue, the oil, the heart.

Jacinda is an exceptional Operations Coordinator who is soon to go on maternity leave. When she comes back to this civil construction company, she will do so in a different capacity so you can own how this plays out.

Like the ‘right arm’ to her employer Jacinda seems to be involved in almost everything that goes on internally. Jacinda is not a ‘busy body’ but more so a dependable, pragmatic, and extremely well-organised person who understands the value she brings and the role that is entrusted to her. She connects the dots and is supported by everyone in the company.

Like the office ‘parent’, Jacinda is the one who keeps everyone on task, reminding them to eat their vegetables, and often has a stash of lollies in her drawer to bribe co-workers into meeting their deadlines.

This may be THE easiest office location when it comes to the commute. 2 mins walk to the train and bus station, 2 mins walk from Westfield for lunch, the gym, or a bit of retail therapy. The hours are Monday – Friday 9-5 but be prepared for some social stuff outside of work (You’ll likely organise it so might as well attend) as this civil contractor likes to have fun and collaborate during downtime.
