We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to support our Sydney operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in project coordination within the construction sector, contributing to the successful delivery of complex reinforcement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers.

Develop and update project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve delays or issues.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records.

Support procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and tracking material deliveries.

Monitor budget usage and assist in preparing cost reports.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements on all project activities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or administration role, preferably in construction or infrastructure.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.

Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or engineering are desirable.
