About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a creative all-rounder with a flair for design, a head for procurement, and a love for storytelling across digital platforms. You'll be involved in packaging design, marketing materials, website content, and social media management. You’ll also take the lead on sourcing packaging and maintaining procurement systems. No two days will be the same!

What You’ll Do
- Design & Creative

Develop eye-catching packaging and promotional materials

Refresh existing artwork or collaborate with agencies for new concepts

Capture content and create digital assets for brochures, media, and socials

Maintain and evolve our websites and online presence

- Marketing & Social Media

Curate and execute our social media calendar

Source and stage content that captures our brand and seasonal produce

Draft media articles and email campaigns to share our story

- Procurement & Coordination

Create and manage purchase orders for juice and fresh produce packaging

Maintain supplier relationships and stock levels across departments

Liaise with supermarkets and bottling partners to coordinate schedules

Ensure bottling runs go off without a hitch — packaging, timing, and creativity included!

What We’re Looking For
✅ A self-starter who loves working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
✅ Someone who thrives on variety — from sourcing materials to designing labels
✅ Excellent time management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded Skills
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (essential) - particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop at intermediate level
✔ Tertiary qualification in design, marketing, or communications
✔ Prior experience in packaging or procurement (especially FMCG)
✔ Experience with website content editing or development

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week in person on site at Ashton in the beautiful Adelaide Hills!

Must have permanent right to work in Australia.
Valid driver's license required as role is based in Ashton.
