About the Role

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll:

Design: Create scroll-stopping graphics and motion content for eCommerce campaigns, paid ads, product launches, and social media that cut through in a crowded digital space.

Produce: Edit and retouch product photography for Shopify, prepare polished assets for email, web, and advertising, and ensure every piece of creative is brand-aligned and performance-driven.

Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to turn briefs into powerful visuals that build community and drive sales.

Learn & Grow: Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new formats, embracing AI-powered creative tools, and refining your skills across both photo and video content creation.

What You’ll Do

Own design execution across digital, social, and product assets.

Edit and enhance studio product photography for web and campaigns.

Create high-impact video and photo content that fuels our content machine.

Collaborate with our marketing and content team to deliver consistent brand storytelling.

Push creative boundaries while staying sharp on performance and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

High-level design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Proven studio photo editing expertise with an eye for detail and polish.

A passion for content creation—photo, video, or both (ideally both).

Experience working with eCommerce brands (Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media creative a bonus).

Specific experience creating graphics for paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Curiosity and interest in learning AI-related creative skills to stay ahead of the curve.

Understanding of social-first creative that drives engagement and conversions.

Strong ability to work to deadlines in a high-performance environment.
