As their pipeline continues to grow, they are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team.

Your New Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial projects. You will work closely with the senior management team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure all bids are compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed estimates for build, refurbishment, and fitout projects.
• Managing the tender process from initial review through to submission.
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Assessing project risks and developing cost strategies.
• Contributing to value engineering and project planning discussions.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as an Estimator in commercial construction.
• Exposure to projects up to $10–15M in value.
• Knowledge of D&C or ECI processes (highly desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience across both fitout and build will be highly advantageous
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
