About the Role
As a Privacy Officer, you will collaborate with the privacy team to:
- Perform administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the privacy team
- Prepare advice for departmental staff in relation to privacy management and compliance
- Undertake allocated activities within the department's privacy management plan for maturing the department's privacy management practices
- Support senior and principal privacy officers with stakeholder engagement activities on privacy matters to ensure adequate protection of student, staff and parent/carer personal information
- Review threshold privacy assessments with support from senior privacy officers.
