🏠 Who We Are
At The Styling House, we don’t just style homes — we create seamless, high-impact experiences that help properties sell faster and for more. Behind every successful staging project is a team making the magic happen — and that’s where you come in.
We're looking for a results-driven, detail-obsessed leader to head up our operations and sales coordination team. This is not just a job — it's the central role that ensures our business runs like a well-oiled machine.
🌟 The Role: You’re the Master Architect Behind the Scenes
You’ll lead a small but mighty team of six, managing all aspects of operational coordination and client service — from initial enquiry through to final feedback. You’ll work closely with Sales, Staging, Logistics, and Marketing to keep projects moving, clients happy, and our business growing.
If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and can keep multiple plates spinning — this role is made for you.
🎯 Your Mission
1. Drive Sales & Revenue Success
Lead the Sales Pipeline: Manage our database and potential clients to drive new business, follow up on quotes, and maintain strong conversion rates, always in a sales mindset.
Track Revenue Goals: Monitor weekly/monthly installs and sales targets. Proactively adapt tactics to stay on track.
Deliver KPIs: Provide clear, accurate weekly/monthly dashboards on key performance metrics — quotes, conversions, installs, damages, and Google reviews.
Feedback Loop: Share valuable customer insights and data with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
2. Elevate Client Experience
Handle Escalations: Act as the point of contact for client concerns, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and professionally.
Manage Damage Reports: Oversee damage incidents (internal and external), ensuring proper follow-up and service standards.
3. Lead, Motivate & Develop Your Team
Team Leadership: Direct and support the work of your Stylists, Removalists.
Set Targets & Hold Accountable: Ensure your team is meeting their individual KPIs and contributing to weekly sales and install goals.
Coaching & Development: Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing mentorship and training.
Build Culture: Foster a high-energy, supportive, and accountable team environment that reflects our core values — excellence, ownership, and positivity.
4. Own Operational Excellence
Daily Scheduling: Use our systems to coordinate stylists, logistics teams, and vehicles to ensure flawless daily and weekly project execution.
Run Sheet Management: Prepare and distribute run sheets for team operations based on project timelines and client needs.
Property Access & Keys: Ensure all projects have secured access to properties ahead of schedule.
Collections & Pick Up Schedules: Prepare and action pickup schedules for all furniture collections and inventory returns.
Supplies & Admin: Order and manage office supplies. Maintain and safeguard all master operations documents with precision.
5. Be the Glue Between Departments
Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the central communication point between Staging, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to ensure smooth handovers, aligned timelines, and operational consistency.
👤 Who You Are
You're the kind of person who thrives on efficiency and execution. You're a calm and confident leader who can bring structure to chaos, clarity to complexity, and momentum to a busy team.
✅ You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Are:
A Goal Getter: You love setting targets and hitting them. You track metrics like a pro and won’t settle for “just okay.”
A Confident Leader: You know how to lead people, get the best out of them, and build a high-performing, positive team.
Customer Obsessed: You understand the value of every client interaction and always strive for five-star experiences.
A Communication Pro: Whether it’s a text, email, or call — you make sure everyone is on the same page.
Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented: Nothing slips past you. You keep things tight and timelines tighter.
Decisive & Clear-Minded: You make smart decisions quickly and stand by them.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, email systems, scheduling platforms, and data dashboards.
Problem-Solver: You stay cool under pressure, tackle challenges head-on, and always find a way forward.
🧠 Experience & Skills You Bring

Strong command of KPIs, sales conversion tracking, and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
