Production Team Leader – Yennora, NSW

The Role:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of pickers and packers, including agency staff, across multiple product lines

Take full responsibility for the repacking area in the absence of the Production Supervisor

Supervise packing operations, including training, scheduling, and performance management

Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work areas while meeting quality and compliance standards

Balance workflows across packing lines to reduce downtime and bottlenecks

Resolve line-related issues such as machinery breakdowns, staffing gaps, or quality concerns

Optimise daily schedules and workloads to ensure timely and accurate order completion

Support a positive team culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams

About You:

3+ years’ experience in repacking, production, or manufacturing environments

Proven leadership or operational management experience; supervisory, team leader, or 2IC roles preferred but not essential

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficient or willing to learn repack planning and scheduling systems (e.g., MS Office Suite, Deputy, Employment Hero, WMS)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production needs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to make decisions under pressure

Approachable, collaborative, and able to engage effectively with staff and stakeholders
