The Role

As a Part time Accounts Clerk you will be supporting the General Manager. Your duties will include:

• Trust accounting including reconciliations, receipting, reporting
• General accounting including reconciliations
• EFT reporting
• employee enquiries
• Working closely with the General Manager to facilitate efficient office operations
• Project work
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Processing and recording financial transactions
• Processing credit card transactions and reconciliation of these
• Trust to office transfers, billings and banking
• General administration duties.

This position is permanent part time. 25 hours a week (either 3 days a week or 4,5 days a week doing shorter hours).

You

You will have a minimum of 2 years Accounts Clerk experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Some trust accounts experience is also essential.

Well established boutique Family Law Firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Total staff of 20. Friendly and professional team that encourage work/life balance. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($75,000 to $85,000 plus Super pro rata'd).
