Feenix Balustrades Pty Ltd is a specialist in façade works on large-scale construction projects, proudly based in Burleigh Heads. We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our small but dynamic team.

About the Role:

This part-time position (24 hours per week) is based in our Burleigh Heads office, with flexible start and finish times to suit your personal commitments. You’ll play a key role in supporting our finance and admin functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and invoicing

Manage accounts payable

Enter accounts payable and receivable data in Xero

Assist with monthly project and company-wide cash flow reporting

Process weekly payroll using Employment Hero

Handle monthly employee liability processing

Perform general office and ad-hoc administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in general accounts administration (essential)

Experience in construction accounts (preferred but not essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Intermediate to advanced Xero skills (essential)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexible working hours

Onsite car parking
