THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a global, fast-moving organisation with a rough headcount of 1400 employees. They have a huge customer focus and promote a high performing workforce and culture, which brings out the best results in their people and business. We are seeking a payroll implementation specialist to support their organisation as they standardise their payroll systems across the global.

THE ROLE
Reporting to a Payroll Manager you will have responsibility for project managing a standardisation and Payroll transformation project. This role will drive the transition to a single, streamlined platform, ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end payroll system change project, coordinating system testing, data migration, training, and change management, while engaging closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Please note this is a 12 month contract role.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful In this role you will have proven payroll transformation and project management experience, with a proven track record in leading end-to-end payroll transformation initiatives. Skilled in standardising payroll systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across complex organisations with a presence in Australia and New Zeland. Brings strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management expertise, with hands-on experience in system testing, data migration, user training, and change management. Recognised for the ability to successfully implement streamlined payroll solutions that embed best practice and support long-term optimisation.
