About the Role

As a Solar Consultant, you’ll play a key role in educating homeowners and guiding them toward the best solar solution for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Conducting in-home assessments to inform and assist customers in selecting the right solar system.
✅ Following up with potential clients to help them move forward with their solar journey.
✅ Leveraging referrals from satisfied customers—our generous referral program rewards this effort.

What We Offer

🚀 Qualified Leads: Pre-booked appointments Monday–Saturday. 15-20 per week
📚 Comprehensive Training: Master our proven sales process and gain in-depth product knowledge.
⚡ Fast Commission Payouts: Our install teams ensures quick turnaround after each sale.
💰 High-Earning Potential: Uncapped commission structure—OTE $250K–$350K, plus daily and weekly bonuses with lucrative referral bonuses added as well.
📈 Career Growth: We’re expanding fast, with management opportunities available in the next 6–12 months.

What We’re Looking For

-Face-to-Face Sales Experience: Prior solar experience is highly advantageous.
-Self-Motivation & Drive: We can teach skills, but you need that mindset, always hungry for more !
-Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills: Every client is different, knowing how to close them and handling objections.
-Reliable Transport & Tech Setup: Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and a laptop for in-home consultations.
-Willingness to Learn: Open to new sales techniques and continuous improvement.
