The role is small & no fuss portfolio of only 20 buildings / 400 lots using Strata Master.

If you enjoy complex remedial works, there are a few buildings that will require tenders to be prepared, this would be a great experience. However, the Director is more than happy to manage this if it's not something that interests you.

The Director of the business is very hands-on. If you are a Strata Assistant who wants to take charge of a small portfolio for the first time, we can adjust the portfolio to help you transition, to take charge of a small portfolio for the first time, we can adjust it to help you transition smoothly.

Strata Assistant also encourage to apply as the Director is hands-on with managing portfolios, they can be flexible with the right portfolio for the right person.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Superannuation (depending on role and experience)

THE PERSON.

Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager or Junior Strata Manager, or may even consider a candidate with their strata cert & transferable skills from another industry.

Class 2 License in Strata Management, or currently undertaking certificate

Strong knowledge of Strata and Building legislation

Enjoy building relationships and take a consultative approach with your clients
