Are you active, energetic, and passionate about making a real difference in kids’ lives? We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate and resilient male and female support worker in their 20s to early 30s to join our growing team and work one-on-one with children living with disabilities.

About the Role:

As a support worker, you’ll be a positive role model, helping kids build confidence, independence, and life skills all while having fun. Whether it’s at home, out in the community, or during activities like sport, art, or play, you'll be there to support and encourage them every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing one-on-one support to children with disabilities (physical and/or developmental)

Supporting kids in social activities, recreation, and outings

Assisting with daily living skills and routines

Promoting independence, learning, and inclusion

Building strong, respectful relationships with kids and their families

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is aged in their 20s to early 30s

Has lots of energy, a positive attitude, and is physically active

Has genuine passion for working with children and young people

Is patient, reliable, and emotionally intelligent

Can communicate clearly and connect easily with kids and families

Is flexible, proactive, and a team player

You’ll Need:

A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (must have)

Previous experience with disability support, youth work, childcare, or education is a bonus, but not essential attitude and approach are what matter most!

Medication administration training (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
