Prospect Hill is looking for High Intensity Behavioural Support Workers to support a male participant in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Clarence Town (Port Stephens region).

About the Role

Supporting a single male participant with high intensity 2:1 support, 24/7.

Due to the participant’s specific support needs, this role is only open to male support workers.

Work in a supportive team with a focus on participant wellbeing.

Generous shift allowances apply.

MUST be able to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Essential Criteria

✅ Certificate III (or higher) in Disability or related field
✅ Minimum 12 months’ experience with high behavioural support needs
✅ Training and experience in intellectual disability support
✅ Current First Aid Certificate
✅ Current Australian driver’s licence & comprehensively insured vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Clearance
✅ Permission to work in Australia
✅ MUST be available for rotating shifts (days, nights & weekends)
✅ Male applicants only (as required by participant’s support needs)
