We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager in overseeing various trades that are involved in the site installation of various modular building construction projects in WA on a FIFO 2:1 roster. You will support the project team in all aspects of construction management, including daily communication with clients and subcontractors.

What You Will Do

As the Site Supervisor based out of Perth, you will be responsible for the supervision of civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other specialised contractors involved in all aspects of delivering building infrastructure for our many clients, predominantly in the WA mining sector.

More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:

Coordinating trades, contractors, and employees for effective building installations.

Working as part of a management team where the focus is team involvement. Working together with site based HSE management, Engineers, Leading Hands and the Project Manager to assist in successfully delivering construction projects.

Scheduling and planning resources, materials, and logistics.

Completing and submitting all ATCO and customer construction documentation on time.

Serving as one of the main points of contact for subcontractors, project coordinators, site based clientele and other departments.

Assisting with safety management and ensuring the implementation of safe work methods.

Ensuring compliance with ATCO and customer safety policies.

Reviewing site installation schedules and communicating with customers to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Resolving any operational issues or schedule changes promptly, maintaining customer relationships.

What You Will Bring

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

Preferred Carpentry or civil trade background with previous experience in a construction-based FIFO role.

Previous experience in trenching and inground services installation.

Experience in the supervision of civil, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other speciality contractors.

Section 44 or Schedule 26 ticket and training as well as a valid construction Induction Card (White Card)

Strong communication skills with experience in handling client correspondence and meetings.

Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF markups, and Teams.

Experience with modular buildings, concrete pavement, and structural shade structures is highly desirable

Self-management, scheduling, and forward planning of resources, materials, and logistics.

Ability to read and interpret drawings. Problem solving and resolving conflicts or discrepancies in documentation.
