Your day will include:

As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to a Practice Group Leader and assist with a variety of interesting, diverse and challenging tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Complex diary and meeting management
• Travel coordination and expense processing
• Handling calls and correspondence with professionalism
• Preparing, editing and formatting legal documents
• Supporting with billing and other administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, with proven background in property or construction law
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Exceptional time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
