Senior Owners Corporation Manager
Due to growth of the companies high density portfolio opportunity to join our great team has arisen in this new exciting role. Working from our modern, state of the art office just on the edge of Melbourne's CBD (south east-side edge).

As a company, managing high density strata, and premium properties, join a modern, caring, flexible team of 35+ staff.

Managing approx 11 OC's and 1,200 lots, join an enterprise level, structured team and handle customer satisfaction & complaints, to help our clients and ensure they have a consistent level of care.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm, no weekends. Parking undercover at office. Time in Lieu Every Month also (if worked after hours).

JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, strata levies etc
- Deal with complaints, escalated issues from the owners corporations
- Manage a portfolio of approx 11 OC's, high density, 1,200 lots, with Assistant OCM's typically split between 2-3 OC Managers in the team
- Ensure the portfolio is up to date with meetings, maintenance, accounts and other aspects of daily strata management

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $110,000 - $120,000 + Super + 2.2's OR Perks

- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc if required are provided
- 2-3 days work from home from commencement

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry and/or property and asset management experience, ideally with their own similar strata portfolio
- Good communication skills and admin skills and/or customer service, operations or complaints background
