While MLG Brands has a diverse international portfolio, this role will work closely on our Adelaide-based businesses including The Edit Salons and Medicosmetics, as well as multiple exciting new start-ups currently in development.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, this hybrid role combines executive assistance, project coordination, and operational support across multiple brands. You will ensure projects, administration, and day-to-day operations continue smoothly during a busy growth period.
Key responsibilities include:
• Calendar, inbox, and task management.
• Maintaining and updating project systems (Motion and Notion).
• Coordinating apprentices’ onboarding, rosters, and training schedules.
• Overseeing rebrand projects, liaising with trades, suppliers, and contractors.
• Preparing and filing documentation for accountants, compliance, and suppliers.
• Acting as first-line support for staff queries.
• General EA duties: scheduling, meeting preparation, drafting documents.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools to streamline tasks.
Bonus skills (not essential but valued):
• Canva skills for quick internal graphics or posts.
• Basic content support such as scheduling or light marketing assistance.
About You
Experienced in EA, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator roles.
Tech-savvy with strong digital literacy (Google Workspace, project tools, AI tools).
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
Based in Burnside, with availability for in-person meetings and site visits.

Contract Details
Start date: Week commencing 1 September 2025 (earlier onboarding welcome).
End date: 23 December 2025 (prior to Christmas break).
Hours: 15 –20 per week, flexible across 3–4 days.
Location: Hybrid, with remote work and some on-site at salons in Parkside and Mawson Lakes.
Rate: $30 -$45 based on experience & skill set.
