About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client located in the vicinity of Murray Bridge is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover in a temporary capacity for an initial engagement period of six (6) months. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, paying a casual hourly rate of $54.72 + Super. Working with a high level of autonomy, this role is providing executive assistance to the Director.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Provide assistance with the compilation and preparation of reports, agendas, minutes
- Organising appointments and meetings
- Preparation of correspondence
- Respond to incoming telephone enquiries as the initial contact person for the department
- Assist with project work, as required
- Assist with the financial management of projects to ensure they are within budget
- Carry out the administrative requirements associated with events, including the issuing of permits and collection of fees for events
About You:
- Extensive experience in a similar role (required)
- Current Class C driver’s licence.
- Experience in financial management.
- Experience in the preparation of reports, agendas, minutes and general correspondence.
- Experience providing quality customer service, including the ability to handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Experience working in positions involving discretion and confidentiality.
