About the Opportunities
We’re recruiting for a range of temporary Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretarial, and C-suite support roles. Assignments vary in length, with some offering the potential to transition into permanent positions.
Skills, Experience & Duties
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level Administrator
Diary/calendar and inbox management
Travel coordination and expense reconciliation
Minute-taking, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Presentation and document formatting
Stakeholder communication and liaison
Event coordination and internal support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude
Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries).
